CUSTOMER SERVICE
Q. I bought graphics from another vendor. Will you install it and warranty
it?
A. Yes and No. We stand by our goods and services. However, we can not
vouch for the quality of goods from a third party.
Q. I have agreed to purchase graphics from your company. What now?
A. From here we will schedule you for an install date depending on the service.
Q. Do I need to do anything to my vehicle or shop before an install?
A. For vehicles we do request a general basic car wash, no wax, no polish. For storefronts, you do not need to, but a wash is always appreciated as it makes our work a lot easier.
Q. There are tiny bubbles in my install.
A. Commercial wraps are designed to be economical and efficient. While miniscule specs are not visible in mobile advertising while the object is moving, we strive to limit any contaminants or air bubbles. Due to the nature of vinyl, you are bound to have a few albeit tiny bubbles here and there. They will work themselves out over time. If it is a stationary job, certain jobs such as tint may hold water bubbles from a couple days to a couple weeks depending on how long it takes to evaporate. Please just be patient and give them time.
SALES
Q. What is the best way to get a hold of you for a fast response.
A. Phone or e-mail is best. We treat all customers equally and on a
first come first serve basis.
Q. I’m in a rush and need the job done quickly.
A. For expedited service, there will be a rush charge. You must
remember that basically you are asking to be bumped in front of people
who had contracted work prior to your business. This will be addressed by
the sales associate prior to work being commenced.
Q. I want to get a quote but your salesman will not give me a
definite number.
A. If you are unsure of any aspect of the design we cannot give an
exact quote. We can work a proof on the computer to determine an exact
design for you, at which point we can then give you an exact quote.
Q. What do I need to do to get an exact quote.
A. Knowing exactly what you are putting the graphics on (i.e. make,
model and year of car) or the dimensions of the material (i.e. 36” x 96”
aluminum sign) to receive the work is the first step.
Q. Do you charge to do a design?
A. Yes and No. Essentially, the design will be part of the overall
bill, however, because we have had some customers in the past that would
have us change a design 12 times we had to implement a nominal design fee up
front to secure our services.
Q. I got a quote from another place for such and such amount. Do you
price match?
A. We can price match or beat the price in many instances, but due to
the nature of our business and the variety of vinyl, many times these
lower price quotes are for cheaper materials. Our sales associate will
inform you of this as well should the issue arise.
SUPPORT
Q. My graphics are fading or peeling prior to expected lifespan. Can you
help?
A. Absolutely, give us a call and we will schedule you in to take a
look and determine the best course of action. We stand by our products
and services wholeheartedly.
BILLING
Q. I see packages for sale in your shop, but why don’t you have prices for
general services listed?
A. It is very hard to price things on a standard basis when every job
is so unique. Therefor every job is priced individually, Of course, we
do have a certain set of guidelines by which we use to determine an
appropriate price.
Q. What forms of payment do you take?
A. We accept cash, and most credit cards. We also accept Paypal and are
currently looking into accepting Bitcoin for some services.
PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC
Q. How long will my graphics continue to look good.
A. While every job is custom, we strive to use the highest quality vinyls possible. What this means is that your graphics should still look fresh and clean after 5+ years for vertical surfaces and 1-2 years for horizontal surfaces depending on material selection.
Q. So are you using a 5 year vinyl?
A. Yes and No. Vinyl wrap material is rated with an outdoor life
span ranging 1-5+ years, however, standard permanent vinyl is rated with
an indoor/outdoor lifespan ranging 6 months-12 years. At the very minimum, our
permanent vinyls we use are 6 year vinyls with a 12 year option.
Q. I ordered a graphic package from your store, but received an
e-mail stating that it is unavailable.
A. Sometimes the color and finish combinations are not always available.
if you order a package and we cannot complete it for any reason, we will e-mail
you with a choice of a change to your order for an equal rated product or a
full refund.
